Enjoying the Sunshine

Odd weather with the on and off sun - this scissortail was taking advantage of the sun part sitting on this rock. Had to back off to keep all his tail!

I spent some time with the two scissortail flycatchers at the National Aviary today! What a beautiful species! You captured this one perfectly posed on the rock. I really like the textures added by the grass and the rock. Well done!
