Can never look at a poppy without thinking of the crepe paper (do they even make that anymore) poppies we use to make when I was young. This is so much prettier though. Found down by the railroad tracks.
Goodness - that takes me back too to school days and crepe paper - I think they do still make crepe paper - though whether they still make flowers with it in school is an interesting question! Lovely composition you have here.
