I'm trying not to just post pictures of the orioles - though I bet I shoot 20+ shots each day - they are such fun to watch. Was shopping at WM in the bigger city today and a guy came along the aisle I was in buying 5 jars of grape jelly - commented to him that he must have a lot of pb&j fans at his house or a whole lot of orioles! He whipped out his cell phone to show me a video he had taken of them in his yard. They're everywhere in western Arkansas.
It's so cool seeing all the birds come back this week. I belong to a Birding Michigan FB site and so much excitement with the migration and sightings. Very pretty!
@louannwarren The oriole feeder I'm using has two little trays for the jelly - a friend just used a tiny plastic cup (like they put pills in at the hospital) and thumbtacked it to the fence - thought that was clever!)
