I believe that was what Rick said yesterday - things are impossibly slow right now - hot, dry, and nothing moving - Glad to see this Blue Dasher - and face first, too.
Great capture. This one almost looks like it has horns. Yeah, not sure where all of the birds have gotten off to, but just not seeing them at all. So glad the dragonflys are hanging around.
