Here's Looking at You

Not sure why it pleases me so to come across a deer on my walks. Maybe because I was a city girl for the first 21 years then never a real "country: girl - more like in-town small town. Don't expect to find these. But it sure brings out a smile on my face.

Lovely shot. When we first moved to the Poconos I enjoyed seeing the deer in my yard. Now not so much! They've decimated my flowers so many times (even with spraying) that they don't grow anymore and I have to bring the birdfeeder in at night so that they don't clean it out!
