Happen to look out on the deck last night as the sun was getting ready to set and my tub of coreopsis had the sun shining through - what a nice touch of color. Humidity horrible and storms on their way. Still waiting to find out something.
@milaniet I hope you're better soon. I don't see the neurologist for my back until July to get my first nerve block shot. I just have to live with the back and knee pain until then. I'm going to get a series of three shots for my back and gel injections for my knees. Will take her until October to do all that. She's that backed up because of COVID. My tens unit helps my back a lot and ice packs too. I'm also using that Hempvana pain relief creme. Saw my chiropractor this morning for an adjustment. It all helps, but it doesn't get rid of the pain entirely.
@marlboromaam Thanks for the suggestions. I've written them down as I wasn't familiar with them. Been using the heating pad on my back, but know I should try ice, too. Thanks for caring.
@milaniet Seriously, ditch the heating pad if you can. If your pain is caused by inflammation, the heat contributes to it. Took me a while to finally learn that. You can get a good tens unit online pretty cheap, but get one with a pulse and make sure you cross the patches you stick on your skin.
Love the sun on this too. So sorry you still have no answers! Appreciate all the suggestions Mags made, my sister does all of those things for her back and shoulders. Hope you can get relief!!
So sorry you're still dealing with health issues- it certainly takes a lot of energy to work around pain, but it hasn't hurt your photos! This back lighting is really pretty!
Hope you get healthy soon!
Sending you Hugs Milanie!
