Almost Didn't Make it Across the Street

Spotted this turtle on a rather busy road standing totally still - and I was still quite a distance. Went up closer to him mainly to try to encourage him to get to the other side. Stayed put. Reversed strategy and walked away still watching. He finally made it to the other side. Lucky boy.
