Must Have Been Bird Day

Not sure whether this is a Chipping Sparrow or an American Tree Sparrow - Hoping my far more knowledgeable bird friends can help me out. Whichever, he was cute and a welcome sight. Been very few birds moving lately.

I suspect it is a Chipper, since there is no breast spot (unless the light has bleached it out) and the bill is not bi-colored as it would be on a American Tree Sparrow.
