Ferns, ferns and more ferns

A sea of ferns has developed around the Sago palms for some time. These aren't your delicate, feathery ferns, either. These are big, sturdy, sword ferns. They've gotten so big (some are over 6 ft. high!) that you can hardly see the palms behind them.Well, no more... all the ferns have been pulled out, and will be replaced with juniper bushes, which was the original design for this area.

I removed a bunch of the same ferns last weekend. They'd take over!

@danette I was amazed how many were in there, I removed hundreds of clumps!
