Today we skied on very high altitudes and made a lot of kilometers. On the picture we are in the Marmelada Massif on Punta Rocca at 3250 m above sea level. The view in the surrounding mountains was stunning. In order to reach this point, and to reach our home again in time, we could not stay for long. For the whole excursion (or expedition, as we call it), we had to ski over 6 hours incessantly. Just a short lunch break, and a few small photo stops we could do. Sure a wonderful day today, but do not ask my legs how they feel.
This is a breathing taking scene...Thank you for sharing this and I am so happy that you saw this on an expedition!! Enjoy the rest of your time and keep sharing these beautiful pictures. FAV
