The photo of my hands has been taken by my husband M.
My camera, my hands, my processing, and my limits and bounderies ... means, my pic of the day!

I'm not the best climber, but I have today expanded my limits physically and coped mentally with a difficult climbing technique/situation in the rock. I'm totally exhausted, but quite happy.
