@carolscho Thanks Carol. As you can see in the background, I do add a thin layer of the traditional icing. But I roll out the dough on little sugar (no flour!) and place the molds/cutters repeatedly in sugar to prevent sticking. The star in focus is in an intermediate stage, before icing and drying. They will be dried over night and baked tomorrow.
