I know that lost of you don’t like to look at snakes, but I’m eiffernt and they make me happy. What a great day. Long hike in Kejimkujik National Parke Seaside. Best thing, next to lots of orchids in the boggy area, we saw 2! black bears, several gartner snakes, 50+ harbour seals and one grey seal. As well as killdeers, common yellow throuths, and different cormorants.
Of course I would like to post a picture of the black bears, but we are not silly and kept the distance. So the pictures are not worth posting, but the encounter made us happy neverthess and with the binocular we could observe them greatly.
The snakes (harmless) have been easier to capture. I could quietly go as near as half a meter.
