Well I know, I did something similar before. But today the idea jumped back in my head, because at work I adopted 100! equal, hardly used white wine glasses and gave them shelter and home. Someone wanted to destroy them (not give away, shatter them in the bottlebank!), because it is too annoying to wash them after use and better use disposable stuff. ???
Of course they are not the best crystal quality, but will do more then fine, for every reason we have to raise a glass.
The glasses in the picture, are not said glasses. It's a selection of our private glassware, we got for our wedding,... so so many years ago.
Fascinating shot. My, how much light bending can be produced by a simple wine glass of water. ( I'm assuming it's water, if not I'd love to see the shots you take after emptying all of them!)
Fantastic image - and that's so wasteful and against the environment - if I had 100 wine glasses, I'd be giving them away as presents, filled with homemade sweets or other goodies.
Absolutely fantastic shot, Mona. A good use of the rules of third. Thank you for the pointer explanation in your response to Julia, I was also wondering how you had done for the two upside down glasses. I will make use of that. The gift wrapping paper as wallpaper is a simple but effective idea as well.
