A Cook's turban (Cookia sulcata) a species of large sea snail, in the family of the turban snails. Like most of the snails this one is right-handed (dextral).

@mona65 I will probably do one or two at some point this week. While it's been ages since I've been to the beach, it's always been a favorite past time to collect shells when I'm there.
