I allow myself this week to go through some vacation pictures from a month ago and reminisce about my favorite memories. And have the pleasure to see them the first time on my big screen and not only on a mini-tablet.
Flashback 5: the chestnut planks. Most of the hiking trails at the Plitivice Lakes, taking you over or around the water on chestnut wood walkways. Chestnut wood is waterproof so that is why it is used and there is a team of workers, replacing planks, that are worn out by the many feets walking over every day. Loved those planks...
