I love special varieties of fruits and veggies. These dark tomatos (no GMO) are when ripe very firm and juicy. And they really taste like tomatoes, not like those red fruits that just look nice, but are absolutely tastles. I eat this tomatos with a drop of good olive oil and a little salt. In my case, Salt from the Atlantik Ocean, Newfoundland. Santa gave me this precious salt in the name of a dear, dear friend.
