On the joyride with my parents, we spent because of cold temperatures and grey weather, most of the time in a Museum. The exhibition at the Forum of Swiss History in the town of Schwyz, brought us to the 12th to the 14th Century’ and it focuses on the foundation and early development of the Old Swiss Confederacy in the Middle Ages.
The little town this Museum is located, was right in the middle of the foundation 1291. Hence the name Schweiz/Switzerland derives from this place, as well as the flag of Switzerland is derived from the banner of Schwyz.
What else could I do, when dwelling the whole day, in the past, as to add the district on the backside of the St. Martins Church and the many architectural angles a vintage touch.
