Before and after

This is my geranium before and after the autumn pruning.I followed the instructions to the letter, and apparently it will strengthen the plant and next year it will produce more flowers.... but I'm not so sure. I'll have to wait and see.

@radiogirl @photographycrazy Thanks a lot. The lady who told me how to do it has pruned hers even more, and she has gorgeous plants which bloom year after year. Let's hope I'm as lucky as she is.

wow! never knew that. I sprinkle epsom salts on mine and it blooms year after year - but then again, mine is in the garden and not pot

@ninaganci I will! And I use epsom salt in my orchids, never know it was good for geraniums as well. I'll try it in the spring when/if it wakes up.
