Paella is the typical dish in my area, so one of the typical Fallas activities is a contest to see who can cook the best one. People get in groups to cook their paellas; every group will tell you that THEIR paella is the very best one, and invite you to taste it. When they are ready, all the paellas are eaten in a big outside party. I got there in the first stages of cooking, but they already smelt divine.
By the way, I took the picture with my mobile because I took my camera, but I forgot to put the memory card inside... oh well...
A great mobile picture. it happened to me a few time camera but no sim card. darn. we just googled paella and now we know what it is. looks yummy and I like the guys are almost all dressed in blue.
