Someone Must Have Forgotten Poor Santa

Many people hang figures of Santa or the Three Wise Men from the balconies as Christmas decorations, and they are taken off on Epiphany Day (for us the last day of Christmas). Someone must have forgotten they still have their Santa out in the balcony.

Last weekend it was raining heavily, so poor Santa must have gotten terribly wet, apart from being forgotten... or maybe they are waiting for him to dry before taking him inside.
