Today was "The big night in July" in my city. It's part of July's Festival, and the idea is to celebrate in the streets when the sun has gone down and it's not as hot. There are lots of events from about sunset to the early hours, and most monuments and museums are open. This parade "opened" the night. Later we saw a dance performance and a concert.
