Three brothers

These 3 trees grow from the same spot. I am not sure if they gave the same root.
Anyhow, the interesting part is that the left hand trunk has horizontal marks on the bark, whereas the other two have vertical marks.
But if you look really closely, the left hand one also has some vertical lines.

Nice attention to details. It is interesting to see the one with horizontal lines. One might think it was different, but then the vertical lines look the same.
