Still use these. I learnt on praktica in the eighties and was given a Minolta dynax 7000i for my 21st then it was Canon all the way until this year. By the way the Minolta was camera of the year when I received it and it’s been around the world. I LOVE ALL CAMERAS, Pretty much. These Canons still look and feel classy.
I LOVE this -- it's a cool image with a good composition and tells such a story! I'm a Canon user for my main system, but I also have a Sony bridge camera and a Fuji 35mm. So you say you were a Canon user until last year -- why do you use now? This image says taken with your iPad Air -- and that's funny to me because I can NEVER take photos with my iPad -- too awkward!
@jyokota Hi Junko, I use a Sony mirrorless It’s smaller and lighter, somewhat discreet, depending which lens. Everything was pointing to mirror less and spent a very long time researching. So far so good. Canon and Nikon were in the running but I felt Sony edged it, full frame or else I would have gone Fuji. As they say it’s the camera you have in your hands at the time. I do think a lot about subject matter a lot more and focus on a story. I’m not a gear geek, honest.
