I was in Paris for 3 days. I took this one using the Pep Ventosa multiple exposure technique again. It gives it a sort of impressionistic feel. I think its hard to master, but whenever I see an opportunity that might work, I will try it out.
I think I have missed so many of your shots recently Kahsia. I apologise. Lovely to see this one pop up though - I really like the effect of the multiple exposure - you made a good choice of subject for the technique, I am sure. Can still see enough of the form of the architecture that tightly turns the corner from one street to the next. I often wonder what the rooms are like inside these styles of corner buildings. It gets a fav from me.
I saw an image using this technique at a friend's camera club some time ago and liked it - this is a great example of it, it gives a real sense of the hustle and bustle in a city. Fav.
I'm intrigued - how many exposures did you make? I can only discern three but maybe there were more?
@dulciknit I took 9 images and they were stacked in the camera. I took a small sideways step with each image I took. Pep has taken many more and he stacks in PS and does much more editing. I am on vacation right now and have taken some multiples that have many more images that I will work on when I get home. Thanks for the fav! Here is another link for on how to do it. https://www.leavesnbloom.com/2017/04/pep-ventosa-photography-technique.html
@moonmtn Ah, thank you for the information, Kahsia. Most helpful. I've been considering how I could use this technique for an abstract composition I have in mind.
Enjoy the rest of your vacation! Looking forward to seeing what images you post from it.
