Vasco de Gama bridge, Lisbon, Portugal

I have been out to this bridge twice to do photos. On my first visit, there were no clouds and the water was calm, so I did not do a long exposure. This was a 6 minute long exposure with a 15 stop neutral density filter. The clouds were moving pretty fast, so I knew I would be able to catch some streaking clouds. I was very pleased. We will be here for a month, so I am looking forward to more bridge photos.

This is a wonderful shot! Nice clean image with the detail where it counts (ie in the main subject). Love the lines. Also, I didn't even know that you could get a 15 stop ND filter. I think the most I've used is a 3 stop.

A stunning capture! I got a ND 2-400 filter for Christmas, have to still figure out how to use it 😉
