Today, Australia's longest running music video show is finishing up. It's been running since around 1985 and this year Channel 10 thought to ax it in its 24th year of being on the air - what they couldn't wait until next year to make it a quarter of a century???
Well, today, I thought to dedicate my photo to the opening credits of what 'Video Hits' looked like back in 1985. Nothing expensive, nothing interesting, but they put out some of the greatest music around on Saturday mornings.
