Last night, I had dinner at Mum and Dad's place of fish & chips. There was a lot of present-wrapping and music - which ironically wasn't Christmas music. Not a single radio station put on any Christmas Carols and there wasn't a spec of anything Christmasy on television either. How weird is that? And only one day away from Christmas Eve too.
Well, after wrapping a few gifts and receiving an overseas phone call from Wally and Maree in Canada, it was time to take off home. It was almost 11pm.
However, my night wasn't complete without having to ask my back neighbours to keep it down at midnight. Their response to my request - as they pressed their nose against screen (yes, a little drunk) was: 'What! It's that time already?'

I'm a collector of books, vinyls, coin purses and strange handbags... that's me too.

@digitalrn Yep! We had a great day out today... hot and humid. I've been home less than 2 hours and the same back neighbours have begun to put on loud music, are shouting above it and think it's a good time for a party; when really it's not. Everyone just wants to settle in for a quiet evening around here... idiots.
Well, it's not going to bother me. I'll be awya from here soon and to the coast. :D
