Today, I went out to Garden City to do a few last minute things before next Tuesday's operation - which has been moved from the Wesley Hospital to Greenslopes Private. I had to buy a couple of pairs of track pants from Best & Less, get a few things for my bedroom and pick up some stuff for the kitchen too. Then, I stopped by Gloria Jeans' Coffee House and grabbed a hot chocolate and a hot bagel and settled in for a bit of a read on my iPod of Tara Moss' book 'Fetish'... it's been a long morning.
Now, I'm home, I've got the phone on charge after changing the batteries in it over (as it's been playing up lately) and then, I washed the new track pants, washed up the new things for the kitchen, then I made sure I had everything I need to pack for hospital... I'm on track for it all to be packed on Monday night.
