Today, I drove out to Park Ridge, where a friend of mine lives, to see where to go. I sometimes do a dry run to places to see where to go before I have to go in case I get lost on the day... it's a good way to knowing the way before I get there. Sounds nuts, but it's something Mum has taught me.
On the way home, I spotted this very cool book exchange. I saw it a few months back across the road from 'Bedland' where I ordered in my bedroom suit, but Dad wouldn't stop at it. So, today, I went and had a look at it! And what a huge storage of books to read! And you can take your books back to exchange them for store credit for other books! :D Just like we used to in the old days... I just with there were more stores like this around instead of online.
Writer, poet, artist and prolific reader.... that's me.
I'm a collector of books, vinyls, coin purses and strange handbags... that's me too.
Otherwise, I love...
Wow what a great find. I would be in heaven in a store like this one Great collage as well. We have a chain of second hand bookstores here called The Wee Book Inn
