13 years

I've been living at my current address for 13 years today.

The main photo is a plant a fellow writer gave me about a week or two after I moved in. It was the size of an electric kettle when I got it, and now look at it! I back-fill it every 2 years and prune it back and it just impresses me to no end every year! But it doesn't flower - I don't care.

The top one is a creation I'm pulling apart. It was supposed to be an art display, but the possums just keep on eating it. So I covered it and it doesn't get shown off... so I'm pulling it apart and putting the plants in their own little pots and planting a larger shrub/tree in that pot on its own over the next week.

The half-pot.. I'm getting new, longer hooks for it, putting it back on the fence and planting mondo grass in it to just make it look funky.

The berries are on my Moch Orange shrubs. This is what happens to it when Spring shows up. Three months later, it flowers like nobody's business and attracts the bees, butterflies and wasps... amazing to see! But the berries are seeds. The birds eat them, and fly away and poop them out somewhere else... to grow wild somewhere else - pretty cool, right? Well, they grow here too, and I pull them out when they start growing, because there's about 20 little plants I can't have here. :)

Aaahh,, Spring in my garden. :D

@brillomick @wendyfrost Thank you both for your lovely comments. I do love gardening - and would love to have a bigger garden to make 'rooms' for my garden. One day when I get the chance to move into a bigger place with a bigger yard, I'll get the chance to do just that.
