Dr Who Clock broken

The other day, I noticed my one-hand clock needed the battery changed, so I climbed up onto the desk in my home office to get it off the wall.

But as I reached up, bumped it a little, it fell off the wall and broke! Damn! It's a collector's item!

Fortunately, we can still fix it. The arm of it just needs to be fixed up - but I'm wondering who would do this for me?

Oh! I know! The Doctor! Now, to get out my Invisible Papers and find a way to contact him to help me with it. :P
