A Lean

Leans are what artists use when they're painting and don't want to rest their arms or wrists on the canvas and get paint all over them - or get RSI or tennis elbow from overworking that muscle too much.

I have tried to find a lean - or a rest - at art stores but have been told that I have to make one. So, I've made my first one today from a heavy-duty piece of plastic, half a t-towel and some black electrical tape. It's working well, but I do look forward to the day I can make my next one - which will be much better.
