My Day At Hospital - Again

I was off to get a Nuclear Medicine Bone Scan... oh what fun those are. You get jabbed by a needle, told to 'hang about' for 3 hours and then to drink as much water and go to the toilet as much as you can... oh you can eat whatever you want too.

Then, after you've filled out a history form, you can get weirded out by a machine which gets a little too close for comfort - try 10cm from your face! I'm a serious claustrophobic and hated every minute of it; but managed to keep still the whole time by meditating and thinking about my newest painting.

I'm home now, after spending 5 hours at the hospital... not a great day out if you ask me.
