This cabinet has been in my family for as long as I can remember. It arrived today at my house ftom my folks house and I straight away got in and used sugar soap wipes to clean up the inside. Gave it a sanitising wipe over and then a polish... and just look at how beautiful it is!
And I always thought it was black - but it's not! It's brown!
@onewing@sewfree@joansmor@beverley365@digitalrn thank you. I asked my folks where it came from. They got it from their first house when they got married in 1969, at Swayne Street here in Brisbane. It's a Pianolla Holder. They really don't build furniture like this anymore.
