I have had parrots for 25 years and birdcages have a strong reaction from me, they are a chore and a trap and yet safety and a way to keep beauty in the home safely

this is a really wonderful macro... love the crop, and love all that negative space... and indeed, there is much in this world that would qualify as a "double edged sword"... kinda like "the grass is always greener" or "be careful what you wish for!"
