Wow, it looks like a huge prison, I agree on the tonality, I think this would make an interesting B&W shot.

stunning. i agree with the suggestion that this would make an interesting black and white photo. but i also think a black and white with the selective colouring on the gazebo and its reflection on the water would probably look good as well. i love the juxtaposition of leisure and industry. beautiful shot, KB. i like it.
