I have a Get pushed challenge to do the planet shot - I was playing with an existing photo to see if I can get it to work. This one doesn't count since it wasn't a recently shot photo (I took this in October)
@evahenriette This is not my get pushed challenge since I took the photo in October but I wanted to try and see if I can get the planet look. I just need to find something local worth photographing for this type of technique
@tigerdreamer@ajes@hueymilunz@grammyn@kjarn I don't knw for sure how Kathy does this, but I have an app on my iPhone called "Tiny Planet" Thank you all for your encouraging comments. I do use Gimp. You have to prep the photo first and then use the software and then make any additional adjustments. It was pretty fun. I have a Get-Pushed challenge this week to do one of those. This was with an old photo so I have to take a different photo and try the same thing. This was an experiment to see if I could figure it out first.. I don't own Photoshop .
@myhrhelper thanks for that. I have enough trouble doing a few small bits of editing in iPhoto but hopefully one day I'll progress to some editing software.
