It warmed up to a toasty 37 degrees so we went to downtown Milwaukee. It was rather cold to me although January in Wisconsin could be worse.
It was a cold walk but we noticed others taking advantage of more tolerable weather. Some people love these temperatures but it's not my cup of tea.
There are a lot of walk ways here and of course it is the only way to travel since you won't see boat activity this time of year.
