new year rose

Happy New Year!!
It is my intention to actually take a photo a day as I had done in the past for 2022.
For this shot it is an actual rose covered in gold.
It is a reminder to focus on what is important.
Roses have thorns and no doubt this year will have plenty of those.
Love other people. I am reminded that is what God commands of us to Love one Another, Forgive one Another. Jesus was the greatest example of this. It will take His strength to do so.
