Have you ever looked into the eye of a Hoverfly?

The rudebekia are providing a habitat for the most amazing variety of insect and spider life. Like a yellow,green and brown wonderland!I will miss this in the winter.

@pocketmouse Sure! I used a Canon EOS DIGITAL REBEL XSi and a canon
60 mm lens. It has its limitations..it was not love at first sight with this lens. lol. It has no internal stabilizer and I hate using a tripod when I am on a bug hunt. So it takes a steady hand...and a really large capacity sd card. lol!
