To Be Continued

My gorgeous Black Eyed Susan's seeds will scatter and the roots will remain alive through the winter . To be continued in the Spring! ( For Black and White Wednesday)
great shot Hope .. I think it was pretty brave of you to strip it of its colors ... gives the image a very interesting effect emphasizing the drying petals ....really like it!!

Delightful B&W, Hope. It's brought out the texture and contrast beautifully. FAV

Our garden is full of this cycle of regeneration, it's one of the best applications of Permaculture to me.

I went through a "dead flower" phase early last year - I love them and them convey so much emotion. This is a great shot and the choice to process in a higher contrast B&W is awesome!

Wonderful - fantastic detail. In the UK my Black Eyed Susans are still very much alive and still giving a final splash of colour in my garden.
