Really cool little reptiles that live in rural places. This little one lives in the hollow exterior space behind my basement door.They eat lots of bugs like the cave crickets that are so plentiful around here.Guess he wasn't hungry because he never ate the snack right in front of his nose!
@taffy we have breeding pairs every year.in the space between the door and the cabin.they hang out on the door.for the bugs and the sun,When we first moved in I found what I thought was a blue wire on the floor.Looked at it thru a macro and saw scales. Looked it up and found out babies have blue tails and skinks will drop their tail when under attack ( we always had cats) found the tailless guy in a shoe in the closet!Let him go..they grow back their tails!
