I can't believe it's December already! Today has been eventful! To cut a long story short, I made it to school, then after 3rd lesson we got sent home...only initially it was only meant to be Leeds people...then it was everyone and people were all walking round and teachers had megaphones and it was all rather chaotic! We didn't think the bus would make it home and we thought we might have to walk up to 7 miles...but we did make it home in the end! I went on a walk with Jess down to the river, it was magical! We had loads of fun playing in the snow, in places it's up to my knees, it's insane! The whole country is weird. There're hardly any cars on the road and the ones that are there are going slowly, so you can walk on the road (it's easier then walking on the pavement). Loads of people are home from work and also, they're all using the local shop because it's so difficult to get into town, I think they ran out of milk xD It all feels like a dream and that I need to wake up! It's really weird xD
I highly doubt I'll be in school tomorrow, it's still snowing now and it really was pointless being in today. I'm going to try and get some work done tonight though. Tomorrow, if we're off, I think me and Jess are going to make an igloo xD We're such big kids :p I also need to get some work done... :p
oh and I see that you're almost done! you have 1 month before a year is complete D: I really hope that you keep up with it because I really love your photos!
A lovely photo Naomi! We have only the thinnest veneer of snow in this part of London (though on the other side, it's thick) ... ! This is beautifully composed!
Naomi - followed your work for awhile now, this by far is my favorite photo of yours. Very nice focus, great leading lines of the river, all in all a very visually interesting shot! great work.
