I'm so tired. I seem to spend so much of my life crying at the moment which is a bit not so fun. I had the appointment this morning which was weird and my head is a mess. Then I had another appointment which was more productive. Then I cried in my car a lot. Then I went to Kate's and we watched TV and crocheted for a bit. Then came home and did this. I'm triyng to stay busy because the intrusive thoughts are awful. I'm going to take max dose sleeping tablets now and hope that I can get through the weekend okay. I have writing I can do tomorrow (and need to do oops) and Kate's free on Sunday so here's hoping...
Also, Ed Sheeran's 'Supermarket Flowers' has had me in bits today but it's so good and perfect in every way.

I admire the way you express you. Life is like a book with every day a new page. They can have all kinds of colours. Sometimes dark, sometimes bright. But there `s a calm after the storm. Cure start with accept the fact you`re ill. At least it did with me.
