Everything is foggy. I can't really think. I'm not making the best decisions.
CPN appt was okay a bit weird at times. Also apparently I'm complicated. And I have a huge amount of capacity and insight. Being referred to a new CPN. Getting a hamster is being written into my care plan in the hope that it'll help... I really don't know any more. •
My boss is being wonderful and has given me so many films to watch. Also while she's off, Kathy from St Nicks is going to do supervision/sort my life out with me which I'm super grateful for. She is absolutely lovely. People are wonderful. I am just a mess and my head has gone bang.
