Lucky's favourite time to play at the moment is approximately 8am aka the minute I start work... Today I tried sitting on wand stick and spinning on my chair while I worked which occupied her briefly but I think I might need to think of a better plan for future mornings!!!
My body is giving me lots and lots of signals to slow down/stop at the moment. I don't think it's a problem for work this week but I do think I need to reassess what I'm planning on doing this weekend because as much as I don't want to listen to my body, and want to do 1001 things, experience tells me that that would be a VeryBadPlan...
I'll be thinking of you as I work on doing much the same thing! Everyone at my age gets some health issues, but mine can be kept at bay if I just put on my big-girl panties and behave like an adult! I hate to have interruptions, but it helps to have some different things going in different rooms so I can keep moving around!
Must be hard to have all that renewed enthusiasm and want to do everything but when you have recognised the warning signs it is time to revise the plan. Hope you sort the balance out.
It sounds like you are making some wise choices in scaling back- just remind yourself you'll be able to do all the things you want to- but maybe just not all at once. I have a really fun image in my mind of you twirling around on your chair so the cat can play!
