@anniesue @seacreature no, it was looking very dry up there 😕 Even though it did rain a bit this day, York didn’t get much of it. We’ve had very little rain so far this autumn...summer just keeps dragging on.

As a child I was told the cross is because of the donkey that carried Jesus into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday.
