@narayani I came back with a couple of kilos. I’m experimenting with a cheat’s version of brandied cherries - destoned, a quick zap in the microwave with a splash of water and a bit of sugar, add a good slurp of brandy and freeze. I didn’t have the time or energy to do it properly 😂
