@beckyk365 No! Love it too but have never tried growing it. Too hot and sandy here I think.

@anniesue dunno to be honest, but it grew well in Holland where I was living which was cold and the soil rich!

Mmm Delicious. Love fresh asparagus. My Dad used to grow it where they lived in the middle of the Karoo - very hot, dry, sandy desert. (And very cold, sometimes snowing in winter)

I missed this one. I’ve often thought of giving it a go but I don’t think I have enough sun or room. Judging by Doug’s ground, sandy shouldn’t be a problem 😂
